Ministry to Educate & Equip

Get involved

For over 35 years, MTEE has been networking with churches, missionaries, leaders, and other organizations. With the support of partnering churches and individuals, we are «equipping the equippers» to strengthen and mature the Church and expand God’s Kingdom to the regions of the earth to which we have been called

Our Vision

Training Nationals to Transform Nations

Ministry to Educate and Equip International (MTEE) is a 501(c)3 trans-denominational organization whose primary goal is to equip national leaders with skills, character, and education to develop a network of committed, competent, and mature churches and transformational leaders to disciple the nations.

Bible Colleges

MTEE sponsors Bible Colleges that can confer up to a Bachelor of Ministry degree on those who complete the accredited four-year program of study. These colleges are unusual in that they are local, church-based schools. In other words, a local church will host a college – providing the physical facilities for the students to meet for their classes.

Most of the time, classes are conducted on a weekend – Friday evening and all day Saturday. The student gets their classroom lecture and then has the rest of the month for assigned reading, writing papers and any practical ministry related to the course.

The advantage of this model is twofold:

  1. MTEE does not tie up funds in building. Rather, we use currently existing facilities and thus are able to invest more of a donor’s gifts in the students’ education;
  2. Pastors and others who desire an education are able to keep their positions and study at a school within close proximity to them. They therefore do not need to leave their work, uproot their families and move to a residential school to receive a quality education and they have some flexibility in their study schedules.

Graduate School

Students who have an interest may study for a Master degree in Theology through our graduate programs in MTEE. In addition, a Master in Theology or Counseling may be pursued through our correspondence program.

Doctoral program

The purpose of this degree program is to equip the student for a higher level of competence in the practice of ministry than that achieved in the foundational work normally resulting in an M.Div. degree. The Doctor of Ministry degree program is designed to serve the need of ministers for an experience of continuing education which renews the personal life of faith, further develops professional competence, and stimulates continued growth in biblical and theological foundations for ministry.

Ministry Networking

More than 130 branches have been opened in cooperation with the local churches in Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Bulgaria, the United States and other countries as the answer to demands of the church “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12). We cooperate with many denominations and associations to bring together pastors and leaders of different churches, and providing them with opportunity to have fellowship with one another.

Leadership Training & Mentoring

Through our Mentoring Program, training for ministry also takes place through personal relationships. Many pastors have not been pastors for a long time. Often, they lack experience in the pastoral ministry. Through the Mentoring Program, MTEE connects those with years of ministry experience with pastors with little. These “mentors’ serve as spiritual fathers and examples to the younger and less experienced pastors by sharing their experience and wisdom and by offering support, encouragement and a listening ear.

You can partner with us in this work and be a part of blessing the nations.

Pray

Jesus spent much time in prayer, and prayer is the key to change nations. Pray for all of us, including the pastors, leaders, teachers and administrators for wisdom in the work, God’s favor and open doors to new opportunities and the financial resources to carry out His vision for the nations.

Serve

There are opportunities for trained and mature pastors, teachers and church leaders to be able to minister in various nations. We can use short-term teachers (two weeks to 6 months), long-term teachers (6+ months), and mentors to pastors.

Underwrite a Student

Our mission has over 2,100 students whose education we help to underwrite. At $10.00 per month per student, MTEE provides 12-15 hours of teaching, a much valued textbook and oversight per course. You can underwrite students and make the difference in the life of a person, a church and a nation.

Host an MTEE Mission Night

You can have someone come from MTEE and share with your church about our mission and about some of the nations that we are working in. Including how you and your church can partner with our mission. If you would like to schedule a representative to come, please e-mail us at mtee@verizon.net or contact us by phone or fax at (470) 800-4737.
